No problem Emmiline.  If you do decide to try it, I think it would help if you got yourself ready and understand that there may be transference. I don't think I was expecting it to that degree.

Thank you for the explanation, Lanie. I thought I'd experiment with the technique but it was definitely more than I bargained for.  I would say, it took me a few hours to recover from the effects and I definitely left with some of his anxiousness. There was transference as you said.

So something quite strange happened. I put on theta binaurals this morning and I was doing my PW.  Then I decided to use the stepping in technique, not to do anything but solely to see if I could receive anything back from him. I concentrated on what it would feel like to be him for a few minutes, and all of a sudden, I was sitting in his truck watching as I (he) was driving. Though I felt really good during PW, I could feel tremendous anxiousness. I asked where he was going, and he replied "home". I looked out the window at the scenery for a while and he started to say some of the things I was getting him to say during PW, unprompted.  The mood was very anxious and I felt like he was fighting with himself. I felt the urge to leave but he asked me not to go. Anyways, I left the session a few minutes later because I felt it drawing down my energy level with the nervousness (his, not mine). I thought I'd share, I never had an experience like it. It was very intense. Now I feel drained and feel like I need to recharge.

That's interesting. I personally didn't know anything about these techniques when I first had the experiences which is why I was so shocked. It's these experiences that actually led me to believe there was more because I didn't have an ounce of doubt it was my love, that I started looking into things more. This is when I found out about Alpha and Theta waves, RS, and now Lanie's methods. I am absolutely positive that they work.

I completely realize that this journey is different for each person and it depends on your ability to keep your vibes high, letting go, and your belief and commitment in the process. I started about a week ago with these techniques, but I had seen some small successes with my previous efforts. I'm just curious as to how long everyone has been at this with Lanie's methods.

I haven't been with my love for nearly a decade. I have thought about him throughout the years. Last year, during the summer, I invited him out for drinks because I felt a sudden undeniable urge even though I wasn't at all thinking I wanted to be back with him. When we met, he told me that he has always been thinking of me, regardless of who he's been with.

Shortly thereafter, while I was meditating with the Schumann Frequency binaurals, I started to feel connected enough to him that I could hear what was going on around him. This only happened a few times.

Another time, while I was going to bed, trying to empty my mind, I felt him almost as if it was him kissing me, lying next to me in bed. I nearly fell out of bed!  Now I know he was in theta imagining it.

If I'm high in my vibration for a long while (seldom, but happens), he texts me. When I tried Amagi Hillier method, everything he texted was sexual in nature.

He tells me he is happy in a long term relationship, but everything points to the opposite.

Thought I'd share, but I'm simply curious as other people's experiences.
