Hi sweetie, to start off aim to script everyday for say two weeks (in this challenge we did it for 30 days). Find a journal to write in. Today you will write tomorrows date on your first page, then write out how tomorrow will be for you, you can focus on one area of your life or several if you want to. Write out good things that will happen and get into that good feeling about what you are writing, believe what you are writing. Everyday you will 'script' for the next day. Write about yourself achieving your goals etc. It doesnt have to be full pages, It can be one paragraph or a couple of sentences.
Scripting helps align you to your objectives.

For scripting, can you script a specific date for something you want to happen to you? And also, does scripting have to be done day and night, everyday for it to work?

Day 1: I woke up today feeling so incredibly blessed! Filled with an overwhelming sense of comfort, just knowing that everything is going to be okay. I got my report card today and shed a tear when I saw that I have a 4.0 average! I am so thankful that the adjustment I've made to school to pursue my dreams full-time has worked out exactly the way i wanted it to, now I am working full-time at the company, am able to travel and meet so many amazing people! People who believe in me and my projects and are actually putting money and support behind my work! I am so thankful that despite how busy B and I have been with our careers he's still incredibly devoted and maaaadly in love with me and shows me each and everyday. He has been sending me flowers each week and has booked us a trip to Jamaica for next week! He's been dropping hint about marriage and I just know he's proposing on this trip! I can barely contain myself!

Today was amazing. I am so happy and grateful for the day I've had today I woke up happy knowing I was seeing my gorgeous Dan. He told me he loves me very much and despite not being together for very long, letting me go was mistake and he's going to make it up to me

I script everyday. I find it fun and gives me a confidence boost.

Day 5
Today was a very beautiful day as I and C have been talking over the phone a lot. I've been out in Cologne to select business outfits and then went for a sushi meal with my mother.
Now I'm getting ready for bed with a huge smile on my face <3

Day 4
I am becoming more and more proficient in the mathematics necessary for my job at the bank, and I have no fear when taking tests, I remain calm and collected. I KNOW that I have passed, and I know that I am the best candidate that will outshine all other candidates.
I also know that I won the court case regarding my disability - I get to keep the 100% and the mark B so I and my mother are entitled to free public transport. I am glad that the judge was very sympathetic to my situation and ruled in my favor on all counts.

Day 3
I am selecting business attire to wear for my interviews. I am so happy.. I know I can choose which bank I wanna work for, and this experience will enrich me greatly. Thank you Universe!
C and I have been meming and bantering all day, and the wounds that existed between us months ago are finally healed. He called me to wish me good luck for my interviews. OMG!!
