JCB,
I haven't watched TV in more than a year I guess. (welcome to the club)
It's amazing to not watch that idiot box.
It feels more relaxed and peaceful without the TV.
Also we end up spending more time with people around us without the TV (unless you are hooked on social media on cellphones all the time)
I don't use social media when I am not in the office. Because, I have stopped recharging my cell for internet packs and hence I get to use internet on my phone only in the office on wifi. At home I use internet only on my computer and even in that I avoid FB as much as I can. In fact i joined FB this year after my breakup for the first time and I am still not a fan of FB. I joined it to befriend my ex after breakup so that I don't lose touch with him but guess what, I ended up unfriending him in August
But also, there are some other people on FB I do not wish to lose contact with. I check FB once in few days or month.
I have done all this on purpose for a few reasons.
One is my ADHD, other the fact that how much we waste our time on TV and social media, etc instead of doing many other better productive things and spending time with other humans AROUND us, being really in touch with the people already around us, I like some old fashioned living to certain extent, etc

Guys try meditation and make it a habit. It really helps. But really really helps. I was a total wreck, you know that. And I meditated 3 times a day. I stopped watching TV completely and spent my free time reading and meditating.
I do meditate and I listen to binaural beats every night. It is more difficult to meditate at work.

I'm trying really hard too. Im working so hard on staying positive despite the world seeming against me and my desire seeming impossible. BUT, playing guitar helps me cope
do you play an instrument? There's a good thing to do!
Also, check out Jim's success story! WOW!I read Jim's story. I am just feeling crushed right now. I know it's temporary but I just feel bad.
Does it help knowing that you're not alone in feeling that way?
And check out Veronica Isles' youtube videos called, "you can get your ex back! - law of attraction" and "get your ex back part 14".
They help me immensely when I'm down. It's so hard not being negative when everything looks so against you in what you desire, but keep your head high!! I know it's hard, but we can and will get our exes back
My emotions are fluid due to PMS. I also feel frustrated because we were texting all day last Sunday(9/18) and then he ignored my texts last Monday and one (only sent one) on Tuesday. He went to a formal event with a friend on Saturday and I feel like he stopped talking to me so he didn't have to tell me about it because he had said about asking me. I don't care that he didn't ask me. I care that we were supposed to be starting over as friends and he is acting weird and worried that I would be upset if he talked to me about it so he ignored/avoided me. He is moving here very soon. I don't accept this reality. I just wish he would initiate like he did instead of me all the time. I don't want to chase after him or text first because he does not want to talk to me(it seems like).

I could use some uplifting right now. I am trying to let it pass and stay positive. I am extra emotional because of my period but today, I am feeling lost and sad.

So, I know it's kind of broad. But you know, I was thinking, there should be a sticky'd thread where theres a FAQ for how to calm down and stay positive when the reality looks bleak for their manifestation. Something to uplift people who doubt or aren't in contact with their ex, or even are in contact, but needs faith.or for people who need constant reassurance of LoA working.
For instance you know how im super notorious for asking the same question a bazillion times (which by the way is a real number apparently... i know, right?) Well, for people who ask a question, or a common question, we should include that kind of thing I the FAQ so that when one is worrying, they don't have to ask again or dig through a previous thread, they can just look at the FAQ thread.
Also, another idea. To people who have successfully manifested their exes back already, (provided they're comfortable doing so) these people should post a small paragraph or sentence of their lowest point, and the things in which made the situation seem hopeless or beyond repair, and then after writing one paragraph, write one more discussing how they're back now, and how they can back (i dont know if this is a good idea because I know rehashing the negative past can be a bad idea)
I know we already have a success section, but yeah! Thoughts?
