So how do you force yourself to be excited?

When you worry, what you are feeling is very similar to the feeling of excitement. So here's an idea! When you start to worry about your ex or your specific someone, instead since there is no use worrying, I know it may be hard, but why not try to reframe it? Why not try to be excited, knowing that they are coming? I think the most exciting thing is knowing that they're coming but not knowing how :-)
Instead of being worried that they're not here yet, be excited that they're coming and be excited that the way they're going to show up it's probably going to be a surprise.
Easier said than done, I know. But I just had this thought, and thought I'd share it with you all! I don't know if it will help you or not, but I hope it does :-) let's put that feeling of worry to good use and shift it to a feeling of excitement! Your ex or specific someone are on their way :-)
