No problem I'm glad it helped,I used to have really bad days and miss him constantly and I still do but they aren't as bad now so I know how you feel.
If I feel myself getting low I sometimes just let it happen because a good cry always helps and I have to deal with the feelings and issues because I'm human and we aren't designed to be super happy all the time then I try and turn the emotions round so I think I'm only missing him this much because I love him so much and love is the most powerful thing so I feel good that I'm capable of loving someone with so so much emotion.
Another good thing I read once was if your struggling with negative thoughts is to immediately look at something around you and totally focus on it,so say a tree, where did that tree come from?how beautiful the leaves are and the shape of the branches,how many animals and bugs have life because of that tree,where does its roots go?
All this stops sending out the negative to your man and even tho your not sending positive thoughts to him directly your still sending positive thoughts (about the tree) out there.its better to not think of him at all and send out at least some sort of possitive energy rather than thoughts of him that are tinged with sadness if that makes sense x
Thank you, yes it does make sense! I'm definitely going to try doing this every time I feel the negative thoughts coming. Hello ladies and gents,just a quick reminder to everyone thats not feeling too great that you are who you are,and your amazing because of just that.
I sometimes think we got lost in the process of attracting the one we love back and forget that it's not about them but all about us and just how brilliant we actually are.
I was and still am in a way guilty of doing all this just to get my man but I keep realising it's not about him it's about me.
What's your guilty pleasure? are you a secret Harry Potter fan? do you love playing video games? can you spend hours just relaxing in a bath? do you enjoy running/the gym? do you love to read and get lost in a book?
Whatever it is,embrace it because it's you,part of the magical person you are.
Have you always wanted to do something? Look into doing it and have a go,who knows you might be like bambi on ice or you might become the next professional ice skater.
Decorate your room/house how YOU want it not because it might be to their taste or you think they might like it.do it so when you walk in there it makes YOU happy.
Have you got a job? well done you,there are so many people in the world who don't and struggle,so be proud of yourself that you are out their earning your own money.do you drive? well done,you took it upon yourself to learn and give yourself more freedom.
Having a bad day? that's fine,sit and eat that tub of ice-cream while watching Bridget Jones diary and deciding what kind of cats your going to get.once it's past,get back up and tell yourself your human and your the best person ever then go and eat the damm cookie that you've wanted all day.
Visit family and friends and make time for them, your text/phonecall/visit could be just what they need if they themselves are having a bad day, plan a night and get all your family together and show them how important they are to you.
Worrying about all the bad things you did in your relationship? Think about it and laugh and say wow wasn't I just the little psycho bunny boiler (talking about myself here) I'm so glad I now know where I went wrong and that I learnt the lesson so I won't repeat it when we are back together.
Love you first! Love that you can wear odd spotty socks to work, love your curly hair, love your stunning eyes, love everything about you and around you then when you know you are the most amazing person start sending that love to the one you want and they won't be able to resist because you will glow being the person you are.
