Hi all,
I was starting to feel doing this every day was actually making me feel more attached to the outcome and thinking about the dreaded "hows". So I've decided to intersperse this with my normal meditation practice. So every other day. Has anyone else found this, or are you getting some good results? Everyone is different, and it's great to hear different perspectives.
Sad to see you leave I was just starting to get the hang of it by doing it daily/more structured and noticing some shift in my reality..

Ahh! It's working then! It's imprinting your subconscious mind! I think if you wake up while she's counting, that means she's truly imprinted your subconscious mind.
I never thought of the bus or the subway! I only did it once today though, how often are you doing it?
So yesterday I completed the PW in the morning and the BWD in the evening. I guess I felt into a deeper unconscious state again during BWD because the next thing I remembered is Lanie counting to wake up again
Last night I had a really vivid dream where my man texted me that "he made a huge mistake,I am the love of his life and he wants me back".. That's what I always put into the PW sessions.. scary!
@Marz: I also sometimes do the meditation when I am in the bus or something. I just have my eyes open but let my mind wonder
Today was hectic! I did the meditation while getting dressed for work and it worked - I was conscious and moving but meditating if that makes sense and again when I got home, but fell asleep to it (although I think the meditation still holds the same if not, better effects!).
I think I might do the MHB for 2/3 times a day. There is so much pure love and friendship between us that maybe I should try to incorporate some passion.
We shall see. Doing MHB before bed.
It's not too late for anyone to join! Who knows what miracles will be manifested when you flood your life with meditative energy and connect to the infinite power of the universe!

so yesterday I wanted to start with the 30 days challenge, So I started the PW guided meditation with 3 minutes silence before I went to sleep.. Guess what? I fell asleep/in subconscious again during the relaxation exercise and woke up this time during the 3 min. silence.. -_- I think in this scenario it wouldn't work because I am basically sleeping at the moment where I should be affirming/visualizing..
I'd like to join your 30 day challenge. I haven't meditated consistently and I am feeling the effects of negative energy seepage because I have been focusing on the current realty of my targets and not my objective.

But I've read somewhere that it's not you falling asleep, but you get into a deeper meditative state which is actually a good thing! I actually believe this to be true. I did the technique on my own a little bit ago and I'm going to do a MHB recording here in a few.
But something has happened in the midst of this. I'm not counting the days I've done this but maybe I should.
I feel strong. Like, I don't "need" him. I adore him and I think he's amazing, but I feel a very strong and healthy self-reliance, that the idea of us not being together would suck, but I wouldn't die lol
At one point I couldn't fathom this possibility. And I have to admit, this is a really great feeling and something I've never felt in the 2-years we've been reconnected (for those who don't know, we have a 20-year history. He is literally the first man I ever loved, but I was only 16 at the time, he was 24 and the age diff kept us apart).
This newfound feeling makes me feel stable, sexy, SANE (this is a big one for those of you that know my history with him) and happy. Maybe now we can foster a true friendship without me flipping out in the midst of things and ruining it before it even starts.
YET - I will still take my time.
So, this meditation bootcamp made a drastic change in me and it seemed to happen immediately after I started passing out during the sessions lol. I wish I could bottle this feeling up and pass it to all my girls. Not only is this feeling, freeing and calm - it's super sexy to guys.
