I think it's more powerful when they're sleeping but nevertheless, it still enters into their subconscious

When I visualise my ex he is awake normally.
I don't see him clearly but I can feel the connection.
I get really hot or I feel tingly, this is the way I know I connect.
Does not matter if they are sleeping as the bucket is getting full.
When they are sleep they say it's much better as they receive the message straight way.
Don't worry too much Lanie said there is no way to do it wrong.

All the stuff I've read on RS said that your "target" receives the messages more powerfully when they're sleeping than when they're awake. My target is usually awake when I'm going to bed which is when I do PW and BWD on him. He seems a tad bit more talkative towards me and I will catch him every now and again glancing towards me but that's it I've been doing the techniques on him for a few weeks now. Some nights it doesn't seem like I connect a lot to him and it seems my session is really quick. I can't visualize him really well either but I know I'm speaking to him.
