Thanks so much dear! Yes I've heard of this book...will definitely check it out though recently I'm only doing the Lovey stuff but I could possibly tailor this to lovey stuff as well
you're welcome. It's a long time since I read that chapter myself (the one on remote viewing seduction), but I think you can restrict it to things like feeling a lot of love for the person and giving them a long hug. :-)

I read it and one part I wonder about is how do we know the emotions we are feeling are theirs? Coz it says to feel the emotions they are feeling and feel their essence? Do you have any tips to share on that part?

Hi gals, my first q on this board! Just got all of Lanie's stuff 12 days ago and I mostly feel good though not yet 100%! I'm familiar with Abe's teachings as well. Really love all the support from you lovely ladies here..
I mostly do PW on the guy I'm seeing (not an ex). My q is as above. I have tried the stepping into his body a few times..how do I know I did it successfully and not just projecting my own thoughts? Once, I felt I was him and while looking at me, I felt he thought HE wasn't good enough for me..and other times it's like he's totally focusing on my boobs lol
Do you feel anything when you kinda 'step in'? I love doing PW btw...
I also tend to do PW much more than RS or BWD at the moment as I want the emotional connection to strengthen first...

You basically see yourself through his eyes in first person, looking at you and thinking/doing/saying what you would want him to.
Thanks Blue! That's what I try to do? Just curious if there's any feeling when you step in ..there was once after I stepped in I felt a different kind of energy that was kinda freaky but other times nothing too significant...
I've only felt feelings/energy once when I stepped in/imagined myself as him - they were loving. But you can also generate those feelings into his subconscious as well.
Thanks for sharing!! Usually it starts loving then somehow turns sexual and I don't know if it's me or his subconscious responding lol
