I think, for now, maybe do yourself a favor and start searching for a new job. For all you know, the next bank you work at could be 10000x better than the one you worked at previously. And once you have this new job at this new bank, your old one may call for you back. It's nothing against you, but I definitely agree with Indigo that if you have connections within the bank - ask for a reference or letter of recommendation and go from there. Good Luck! You can do it

Thanks for the reply.  I do have connections within the bank but because of my previous boss at the same bank so all opportunities to return were sabotaged by her and it is so unfair. As, I don't like my current job I will look for another job but I don't want to give up on my desire. BTW...at this specific bank I had a great salary and great hours and everything was great. I know that not at all banks it is the same and I was told of one bank that I should stay away from. Also, I worked at many companies and I never enjoyed going to work like I did at the bank. I loved everything there.

If I was in your situation I would continue with job searching. Get active with your career progression. Stop reminiscing about the great job you had there.

What you are actually doing is stagnating yourself, you want to return to the old bank to the old environment. Move forward. Take all qualities of what that job gave you, meditate on how it made you feel and then harness that. Hold it in your vibration that you want a position and environment, that gives you all those good feelings and security. Then let it go.

If it is your true desire to return to that place it will happen but not with you despairing how to get back there.

I have had a similar situation where I had a short term position at an organisation and I really wanted to return. I applied for so many posts there and just couldn't get back in. Two years later after I had moved on and stopped lusting after that place, I saw a position and submitted an application 30mins before the deadline. I got the post and stayed there for 5yrs.

So u can have your desire, you just need to give up the struggle.

I am re-reading this thread as i woke up negative..this post made me feel better. Thanks

Your story is amazing. I am too attached (obsessed)to that specific bank and how it will happen although I say to myself that I am not. I am in a struggle.
After reading your post I will definitely submit my cv to other companies and meditate about what i liked in the bank so it will carry over to the new job. When I won't be too attached and worried then it will come.
    Thanks for your post

I do have references from other places and good ones. However, when there was a position in the past in that bank so they know who my boss was at the bank and they go to her for a reference. If there is a job offer at another company that I heard positive things about then I do apply for it but I feel deep down that the specific bank is the place for me..maybe also because I know the people there and I have very good friends there whom I love hanging out with. I deserve a second chance..i deserve to have my desire fulfilled.

Release as much of the resistance and attachment you have to your desire.

Set your intention and let it go.

As long as you can hold the intention pure in your heart and get to a place where you know it's yours (not the how or the when) you will start to see your manifestation unfolding in front of you.

Thanks for the reply. I do believe that I belong at that specific bank. When I go there I feel at home like I truly belong unlike the feeling I get at my current job.
I think I should just stop talking about my desire and stop reminding people at the bank that I want to return. They know already and I am in touch with a few people there nearly on a daily basis.
Like you said...i shouldn't worry about the how and when and let go. I just have to forget everything and the worry and know that this job is mine. Correct?

    Hi

So, my biggest desire is returning to work at a specific bank.
However, for some reason my previous boss won't recommend me and a few months ago i decided to ask her for a meeting as i wanted to know why she doesn't give a referral and for constructive criticism..she had nothing to say and said she has nothing bad to say about me..not true.
Anyways, since finding out about how the universe works i said nothing is impossible and that is when i decided to meet with her.
However, the other day i saw a team leader i know from that bank and told him i want to return.
My friend who works for him told me later that he told him that i told him that i want to return but mentioned that he heard that i am not wanted.
This really upsets me..i didn't steal or fight with anyone..i left coz my contract ended and they let go of hundreds of employees.

I was thinking maybe i should forget about that bank although i don't want to..i desire it and feel i belong there.
    It isn't fair!
I keep telling myself to continue believing and live from the end result as anything is possible.
    What should i do?

    Thanks
