    Ok so it's the afterward feeling's! Oh ok well my suggestion sweetie is that you continue to and try to keep those feelings high or positive just as long as you can! If you feel like you want to connect with him all day that's fine just send him loving thoughts through out the day visualize as much as you want about him we visualize every second of our lives anyways so do it as much as you feel like it!! The more and more positive you feel about your situation the quicker you'll see progress!😊

    Sweetie can I ask a question? What are the emotions you're feeling during your sessions? Because if you're doing the PW or BURN when you feel depressed or angry or frustrated that's what comes through nothing else and that repels them away from you! If it's not what you're feeling during then I'm sorry I just wanted to ask.😊
