Thanks so much for your replies. I do think it was a positive reaction, as I didn't feel scared, just curious.
I tried the mantra again tonight. In tonight's reaction I felt very hot and my head felt a little ache. Also, towards the end, I couldn't stop sneezing. Not sure what that means. Lol
But, I do feel differently after the mantra-meditation-visualization, very positive and at ease.
I am looking forward to my manifestations syncing up with this reality soon.
Thank you again to everyone for your support.
Hi dear! Just wondering if you've continued the mantra...I always feel so peaceful and happy while doing it. Just sharing my experience I did feel some pressure on my head once and I read that's the crown chakra opening up so I view it positively
Hi Raindrop,
This has happened to me before
It's your body releasing tension/letting go of old believes. Don't worry. Just go with the flow -your body knows what to do

I recently read PW and BWD and have been using mostly PW since last Friday. Tonight (just a little bit ago) I added the mantra (that I saw here while lurking yesterday) Ek Ong Kar. I was in my bedroom, lights out, lying in bed, fully dressed, under my blankets. A short time into the meditation-mantra-visualization my whole body began to shake uncontrollably. Has anyone experienced that before? I know it's winter and all, and I'm new to these techniques, but that's not a reaction I've ever read about before.
Thanks for any and all insights.
Sweetie I would stop that mantra for right now it doesn't sound right! There's a few girls that stopped because they had certain negative feelings and or something weird happened but then there's girls on here saying it worked. I would suggest only doing Lanie's technique's also Neville has great methods!
Did you get cold-sweats and also heat flashes ? ( I've been through something very, very similar)I can't tell you exactly what it may have been for you, as I don't even know what it was myself. But most of the time the internet led me to 'Kundalini awakenings'. If you believe in these kinds of things... or perhaps you have a really good connection with your person-of-interest?
