I tried that link you sent blue with the theta binaural beats. I like it but I do find myself more floaty. What I mean is when you call Your POI to you instead of feeling like your in the physical world I feel like I'm in the Spirit world. I don't know if I'm making much sense and I hope it still works feeling this way.

Yes! Either way works, it still reaches their subconscious

Hi Blue, there is one theta binaural beats track i listen to on youtube, ill link it here soon. its 8 hours long but i dont like falling asleep with my headphones on, so ive been listening to it say 15 - 20min then turning it off. It feels great and really relaxes me during .. however when i feel like i need to stop and go to sleep i pull my headphones off and in the next few seconds my heartrate accelerates rapidly, i can hear it pounding in my chest and feel the blood pumping wildly in my body. Then it subsides..
I am not sure but i think its because im going into theta then coming out too soon when i remove my headphones..?

Yes! When you wake up too fast that also happens. I only listen to binaural beats over my laptop speakers because I'm afraid of also falling asleep with my headphones on.

Thanks so much for the reassurance Blue

Hi all. Binaural beats are supposed to be heard with headphones as there are some beats which work on subconscious mind and it needs clarity of sound. Secondly it's absolutely ok to fall asleep as I understand. Many videos say it's ok to fall asleep. Just like subliminal, they too work while one is asleep.

I reach that state often when I visualize. I don't know if it's working 'better' than being in Alpha mode. IN alpha I normally get more intense feelings -and I feel that it hightens my energy more than Theta state does.

Yes I have been into extremely deep meditations but the problem is this was years ago on the instruction of a guru while I was in a meditation class and back then I did not know about these techniques at all so all I landed up doing was being in that state and breathing and enjoying it the most !! 😝

I wasn't sure if this should go here or "Why Visualization works." But I'm sure it can be moved later on.

    Anyways,
I wanted to share my experience with going Theta last night. For those of you who don't know what Theta meditation is, it's basically extremely deep meditation right before you sleep.

Last night I put on binural track (which I will link here later when I get home) and I began my PW session on my man.

It was probably the most realistic feeling I've ever had doing PW and it felt so phenomenally real (it is subconsciously but it felt as if it were happening in real time) however - it was extremely difficult not to fall asleep. While I was aware I was in deep mediation and doing PW/controlling my visualisations - it often felt as if I was also going in and out of sleep.

Now this could be because it was my first time ever falling that deep into meditation while still consciously aware, but I wanted to share my experience either way.

I've heard a lot of debate about if you should be super deep in meditation before sleeping and the answer is no - as long as you are tapping into your subconscious, you are reaching your target.

    - Have any of you had experiences with extremely deep meditation and going into Theta mode?

Years ago while being treated by a pain management therapist I had a few biofeedback sessions
where she monitored my brainwaves as I listened to hypnotic sounds like ocean waves and clouds.
There may have been video but it's been so long ago I don't remember.  She also gave me a tape
to listen to at home.  Don't know if I was in theta but it put me in a very deep state of relaxation.
I would love to be able to get there while doing PW.
