    I don't use Lanie's MP3 for PW, but I have a couple of other ones.  I would
    highly recommend Lanie's audios to help you get into a meditative state.

    A warm shower or bubble bath with a cup of warm tea should relax you. It used to take me awhile too, but now I find it super easy to relax fast. I just lay down with my head propped up and put on some music and just breathe and slowly get into my visualization.
