Something that really helps me with my visualizations, but I know not everyone will have this option, is watching a video of my POI right before I do PW. We both do standup comedy, so he has a few videos on YouTube performing. It especially helps me hearing his voice when I do PW.

I feel the same! Between Lanie's techniques and the visualizations and subliminals, hours ago today, I've had the first lucid dream in ages! I really felt like I'd physically left the house!!!
Anything that has helped you personally?
I was so relaxed today. And I was laying in the dark. I have done two weeks of techniques.
Right before I had the dream this evening, I laid on my back and did a quick PW with my target, summoning her to contact me by phone or text...no music, just quiet hums of the furnaces in the background and next thing I knew I was somewhere else and I saw my target. She acknowledged me kindly and went to sign her name on the list. Then she hurried towards the elevators on her way to work upstairs (I believe). This seemed to be a familiar building, like the lobby of a hotel?
So once I decided I'd catch her, my phone vibrated in my pocket and I think she sent me a text, but I didn't look and for that brief moment everything around became more vivid and real and I asked myself if I was really there. My feet touched the ground and I picked up speed but the image rippled again, getting blurry, I slow down and all the while the chorus of Michael Jackson's "You Are Not Alone" plays out of nowhere and I wake up! Lol That was intense! Feel like I'm close to my goal...

Is it normal that visualizations get more vivid as you do them? I don't see them as I do in my dreams but I feel like I'm getting there. Anything that has helped your visions become more vivid or make it seem like you aren't trying as hard or anything that helps improve your visualizations ? Would love anyone's input:-) I don't worry while I am visualizing but want visualizations to get better none the less
