    I've done a visualization on my dad. I told him that he was hurting me. I asked him why would he want to do that

    Hello Moon!  You can visualize him saying whatever 
    you want like "I apologize for mistreating you" but 
    if he did something bad he probably already feels 
    guilty about it.  If he is not behaving/treating you
    right, you may want to read Lanie's PP, as well as
    all of the books in the For Women Only Series.  
    PP teaches how to take control through actions,
    not just with meditations.
