collie - thanks for posting the technique! I have actually seen a few of her videos, but never stumbled upon her whispering technique meditation. thanks!! :D
princessgirl81 - that is AWESOME! Keep at it and you'll keep seeing more and more results, I am sure! I know that this technique is definitely working for me.
jessieroro - I first start with PW and have him say what I'd like him to say, etc. Just a normal PW session and then I end on the whispering. I just whisper into his ear. . .I do not have him repeat it back to me!
