    I am going to re-phrase your first comment:  YOU DID GET RESULTS!

    Confirmation isn't the only thing that proves results.  You cannot fail to reach your man using the technique and I believe that constitutes as wonderful results.  Telling yourself that because he didn't immediately blow up your phone you didn't get results is sabotaging your efforts.

    It sounds like the energy is unblocking areas in your body.  As the energy begins to flow the sensations will most likely go away.  I love it when I have chills, yawn or feel "antsy" because I know the blockages are being cleared and my energy is getting re-aligned.  :-)

    Also, even if it's working but I am not getting results (he is very stubborn & will definitely not act on his feelings) how do I get results then? How do I make him act on it and take efforts to face his feelings and contact me?

    Thank you for the reply! I have resumed the PW techniques to twice a day and noticed that the chills come only when I do it at night before sleeping...

    I never looked at it like that Lanie when you said chills yawns and feeling antsy are a way of clearing blockages because you know I get really warm and sometimes my chest hurts and I do get chills sometimes.

    I personally haven't experienced those sensations while meditating.
    Have you tried taking a warm/hot shower/bath prior to doing your
    meditations?  That's what I usually do and it really helps me to be
    more relaxed.  

    Also, don't force yourself to do the meditations.  If you aren't 
    feeling it, don't do it.  That doesn't mean procrastinate about
    it, just do it when you are in the mood for best results.
