Hi Everyone, 

I am not new to reading the forum, but I am new to posting! I have some questions that have come up and I wonder if anyone might be able to share some of their experiences.

I read that people from the past often show up, ex's and such. My experience is that this is indeed happening but they seem to be showing up in my dreams! Has anyone had similar experiences? I'm curious.

I've been doing PW and BWD for almost a month and this is the biggest thing I've noticed. Aside from feeling incredibly more empowered of course. 😉
