I did this earlier in the week, i am pretty sure it was Wednesday...that night, I had a dream that he was blowing up my phone with texts, lol. I forgot all about it and this morning is when he texted 
we talked very off and on...the last time was I would say, a couple of months back when I told him to go away.
Before anyone feels sorry for this guy, lol....I want to point out that he treated me pretty badly. Then he got a girlfriend and still tried to get sexual with me...I put a stop to that and told him to have some respect for his girlfriend and his relationship ( I shouldn't have to tell him that ) and I finally got super sick of it and told him to beat it ( not in those words )
I am not a mean person by nature, but him and his gf broke up so yeah, I used him as an experiment. I don't plan on doing BWD on him anymore, not trying to get revenge, I just wanted to test this out
And thanks to everyone for the replies ! It's hard to reply to each reply I get because of the time limit, lol...but yes, this makes sense to me because I have manifested little things in the past that were no big deal to me.
So I truly feel like that is a huge key for all of us, we have to find a way to detach and treat our big desires like our small desires, which I admit, is no easy feat, lol. I think if we set the intention, visualize, do PW, BWD, etc...then completely let go the rest of the day, we will be blown away by how fast it gets here.
It will be an effort but worth it !
Edited to add because I realized that you asked how long my session was...I would say about 20 minutes and also with the aid of a YouTube theta wave meditation. I am going to try Lanie's meditations at some point too ( not on this guy obviously lol )

I'm so glad it's working for you! I think the main reason it doesn't work right away for so many of us is we are soooooo invested, emotionally or otherwise, that we can't focus on ANYTHING else. I find that when I actually have things to do, I don't obsess and things happen faster/easier (in general, not necessarily with PW stuff). Unfortunately, I don't have a traditional job, and the "job" (I use the term "job" lightly - I live-stream making crafts and playing video games online. It's really not a job.) I do have is basically centered around the same things my POI does, so we run into each other a lot. We also have entirely too many friends in common and are part of the same communities, sooooo it's really hard to "forget" about him or any of it long enough for things to start happening.
I KNOW for a fact this stuff works, and I'm glad people keep posting their successes, even in the form of small tests like this. It gives faith to the rest of us who need to get out of our own heads before anything can actually happen!!

So, I wanted to do a little experiment to see if this would work, before I use it on other areas in my life that I want to manifest. So I chose an easy target, lol.
I have an ex that I had a very sexually charged relationship with. We haven't talked in a while, I told him to pretty much go away, lol. I had my reasons, I wasn't being mean.
So I did BWD just ONCE on him ( planned on a couple of times a week since he is merely an experiment and I am not invested in this ) and that night, had a dream that he was texting me non stop.
Put it out of my mind. A bit ago, he texted me saying ' will you please talk to me ' followed by ' please '. lol I replied asking what he wanted to talk about and he said, anything, I just miss you.
So, I feel very confident about using this to attract other things that I want in my life ! I am working on detachment lately and this REALLY drove that point home, I believe that not being invested in this is the reason I got a text back so fast.
Btw, he is still blowing up my phone, lol. He keeps trying to see me and keeps talking about everything.

You can see that when you aren't afraid that it won't work IT WORKS FAST! It always works but you got to see firsthand how instantly he receives the messages. :-)
