I've had the wandering mind, that's happened lots and I just refocus. I find that is usually directed by things in my conscious mind. This was different. This was more of a oh hello, who are you and why are you showing up moment. Hard to explain. But thank you, I'm only about 6 weeks in of consistency so I do consider myself a newbie! 😄

When I first started doing PW, my mind drifted while doing the visualizations.
If you are just started out I wouldn't worry, your focus will become stronger
as you become more experienced. When your mind starts going in other
directions, gently bring your attention back to what you want to manifest.
