Okay so I've googled the silva water glass technique and I'm confused lol. I read in one place that you write out your desire in the form of an affirmation, attach it to the glass, charge the water with the energy from your hands and with your intention and then drink the water.
In anotber place I saw people discussing using the water to receive an answer to a question.
Which one is the way you use this technique? The first method! I wrote my entire desire on the paper (it spilled onto the back page lol) and taped it to the glass, then every morning I charge the water, read it, then drink
Awesome! Thanks for clarifying

I have problems sleeping too after meditation. I fall asleep but I get very vivid nightmares and wake up around 3 AM and have trouble falling back asleep.
I haven't had nightmares in years (used to have them all the time), but I've noticed since I started doing guided meditations before going to bed, or listening to theta wave frequencies, I'll immediately fall into a horrible emotional nightmare...it seems to dredge up unresolved abandonment stuff from my childhood. Not sure what that's all about, but I've noticed other people mentioning nightmares, too.
I get these nightmares after listening to guided meditations/theta wave frequencies as well! They are all emotional nightmares involving subconscious/limiting beliefs either about my POI or other things. They feel so real and I wake up sweating and freaking out. I wonder if the meditation is clearing out blockages.. Do the nightmares stop if you don't do guided meditation/listen to frequencies?

What is the silva water glass method?? *intrigued*
Put it in google and it'll give you detailed info and steps! Much more than I could give! it's a little mystical and I'm not even sure if it's working but it makes me feel good and having an actual action makes me feel more in control/sure and let go of the outcome
And now I start falling asleep during the meditations :/Thanks girl! I am going to look into it as soon as I jump onto the computer afterwards.
Hmm why do you think you're falling asleep during meditations?
I think it's just so simple as they're so slow and calm it makes me relaxed enough to sleep!

I have problems sleeping too after meditation. I fall asleep but I get very vivid nightmares and wake up around 3 AM and have trouble falling back asleep.
I usually go to bed at 1-2 on weekends and earlier weekdays because of when i get off work. But this weekend I started doing the silva water glass method, the pussy whip guided meditation and did a CTC session and for some reason no matter how tired I am I can't sleep til 4 or 5 in the morning omg! I just sit awake all night then at 4 slip into sleep. Anyone else experience this? Thinking maybe my POI hasn't gotten much sleep these past few days because of his job but I'm unsure lol.
