Hi! I'm a 21 year old girl who recently discovered the Law of Attraction after having an extremely bad battle with depression in February. I feel as though I was lead to the LoA and it makes me happy, but I'm struggling and would appreciate any advice from you guys!

So, I'm here on this forum because I have a slightly similar, but different situation from many people here. In February, I lost one of my best friends to an argument. She cut all contact with me and decided to not continue the friendship. She meant the world to me, and losing her felt more like a breakup than anything else. I've been trying to utilize the LoA not only to help myself get out of my depression, but to call her back into my life as well. I bought PW last night (which is a wonderful book, thank you Lanie!), and I'm hoping it will bring her back. However, I struggle a lot with feelings of negativity, thinking that the LoA couldn't possibly bring her back and that I don't deserve to have anything good, things like that.

Is there anything you guys could tell me to help me? If there are any techniques I should try, ways to change my thinking, etc., anything that will bring her back to me! I have so much love for her and I can't wait for her to receive it. Please help, I really want the LoA to work for me as it does for all of you! Thank you! :D

At the bolded, why do you feel that way?

I would suggest first lifting yourself out of that 'unworthy' mindset. Worst case scenario if she never came back, you are STILL deserving of a loyal loving friend. So being positive and excited about who you are and the amazing things that YOU can accomplish is a great start. You are one of the lucky ones who has discovered and accepted LOA, so do not negate the possibilities with self defeating beliefs.

I would suggest repeating positive affirmations to yourself daily to help with your depression. I would also suggest thinking about all the fun, joyful times you had with your friend and use that feeling when you meditate about/remote influence her. Send her feelings of all that love you have for her during your PW sessions and mentally apologize to her if you need to, then have her apologize back to you. It may take some time but keep doing it knowing she feels your connection.
