Yeah I'd say so! I've used it for things like that. I just imagine the relief after during the session. Imagine your employer praising you, almost like imagine them forgetting the 'bad stuff' - and also know deep down and affirm to yourself how good you are and how valued you are. Xx
Hi all. So I know Lanie's techniques work because I've used them on guys before. I was wondering can I use thr technique for my job? I started my new job in November but have had to call off 4 times for either me being sick or a family member being sick. Today was the 4th time calling off. I hate that I've clld off this many times already and I feel like an absolutely cruddy employee. And then to top it off when I clld off today the supervisor tells me that I need to make sure I call at least an hour in advance which is something I didnt know before today. I clld off at 538 and shift begins at 630 so now I feel even worse like I'm in trouble or something...can I use the technique to help me at my job NOT be in trouble or to be one of their best employees and not have supervisors and co workers think I'm letting them down? If so how would I do it? Imagine my supervisors praising me to my face and to each other somehow?
