Hi everyone.

I really love Lanie's techniques, but there is something that she talks about which isn't on any of her guided visualizations but I'm keen to know how to do it.

She mentions that while she and her ex were split up, she would imagine her guy walking around saying "Lanie where are you?" and also of him hearing certain songs that reminded him of her. 

I'd like to adapt this kind of thing for myself. Have any of you tried doing these kind of visualizations?  If so, how do you go about it? Do you do it during the pw sessions or do you do that in a seperate session?
