Another Q.
When my mate and I have to feel consumed in the feelings, is that hugging, talking, kissing or just looking?
In my mind, she is telling me she loves me. But I don't know if that's the meaning of the "break".

If that is the case for you, try one of the techniques that aren't guided.

Think of consumed as enjoying.  For me,  that is hugging him. But,  it can mean something different for someone else.

It appears that you're going through the meditation concerned with doing each part right. I'd say that the only "wrong" way to do it or anything else for that matter is being wrapped up in negative feelings and worry.

I won't say I'm worrying if I'm doing it right or wrong. Everytime I'm doing it I get this special sensation in my heart area. Like butterflies in your stomach, but only in the heart. I like that feeling😊
I get it sometimes during day, and been telling my self, that every time i get that feeling it is because she's thinking about me 👌
I don't do the meditations as a chore anymore. I only do then when I feel like it and I want to talk to her.
I enjoy my time with her now 😊
I know it's working and I have no doubt. It's amazing I can do this, just with the power of my mind 💪

I'm not sure it was my first time doing it and he seemed very overwhelmed with emotions I can't tell if they are good or not but he was crying

I felt very happy during my sessions.  I was smiling and giggling  a lot as was he.
