Thank you Piper!! You're right.. That's exactly what i was wondering.. It was difficult to suppress emotions..

Being humans, we have emotions, so of course those include anger. We should always try to be as positive as we can, just because it's all around better for us - health-wise, and mentally. If you are generally in good spirits with a high vibe, then I would think you're fine. I don't believe suppressing emotions in order to manifest is a good way to go, but deal with them as they come and then let it go. If you're anything like me, you stew on certain situations, and that is where it can affect your manifesting imho. It's a matter of being aware of what you're thinking and putting out into the universe. Sorry for rambling...hope I answered your question.

    Hello sisters!
I have a question. I understood clearly that when we visualise we have to bring in all positive thoughts and only positive thoughts. But when we are not visualising i.e. during the rest of the day when there are ten thousand thoughts running in our heads how important is it to keep them positive?

One more question.Say, for example, I am manifesting love and everything is working perfectly fine in that case. I am also seeing small results ( like he unblocked me ). i don't doubt the process at all and i know when the time is right universe will answer. But in other situations like at work if I'm having trouble or some differences with colleagues  then i sometimes get upset and angry. Will it have any impact on my love manifestation?
