I also think PW along with Agnes's techniques are great.

what other techniques did you use PW and Angnes Vivarelli?BWD and I would screen shot conversation with him and then in photoshop rewrite message I want to get from him.
He told me yesterday about that co-worker..they tried but didn't work out so they stayed friends. I don't know for sure if this outcome with two of them is a consequence of rubbing out technique or a coincidence.
I haven't tried the BWD, because i haven't read that book but i did looked up Angnes Vivarelli . I'm going to try combine the whispering technique with lanie technique.

afterall he is bipolar, I'm glad he can appreciate the fact that your smitten by his changing.
He doesn't suffer from bipolar personality disorder. He is "bipolar", moody, wants one thing but at next moment isn't sure of what he wants. That is why he isn't relationship material as he says. I believe I can help him with techniques, I send him love in sessions.

I didn't know who Agnes Vivarelli was but I googled her and came across her whispering techniques. I did it and it Worked! I'm going to mix some more of her techniques with Lanies

So ever since you did the rub out he's been totally done with the other girl and put his attention on you alone at work?
He said that he will change his life in that manner when we start haveing something physically. But I somehow can't trust him, because I know what is he like..and yes, he is spending less time with her and will break up if I start with him, according to his words

UPDATE: He said that he likes me in a very special way and that I am "on top" to him..He confesed that he is emotionaly unstable and has bipolar charachter.. He also stated that he will go crazy if we don't sleep together soon because he is obssesed with me and can't handle desire anymore. Btw. "you are special to me" is statement I heard him telling me in visualisations, so that thought is literally implanted..
I must say that now I have some feelings for him althought I know what he is like..Even thought he says these things to me, he is stil married and has hook ups..I don't know for sure if we can change with techniques someone like that?
