    Hi everyone,
    I bought lanie's books in October but didn't do the techniques religiously. I think I only did it twice or thrice on my POI.
    Yesterday I broke off all the contacts with him. As I know I was only sabotaging myself by not ending the desperation and longingness to be with him.
    I will be starting with the PW/BWD techniques today and will need all the mental support and wisdom of you people.
