Thanks! It is nice to know I have this to use if I feel like I am thinking about the outcome or fall back into worry. Presently I feel I am spending very little time or energy thinking about him. I am enjoying the time I spend with him in meditation and I am also enjoying my happy life.

It isn't necessary to do the cutting the cord meditation at any specific point. Just use it when you feel too anxious, connected or need to put some emotional distance. I'm glad you're enjoying the PW meditation. :-)
Hey everyone, I have a simple question. I just discovered the “cutting the cord” meditation and the suggestion to do it first.
However, I already did the PW twice. Both very intense and with deep feeling. It was a little weird because I felt it so deeply my chest felt warm and I caught myself smiling during the visualizations. Very significant emotions for me.
Anyway, should I do the “cutting the cord” mediation and then move on with more PW? Or should I just continue on as I am?
