When I have done it I have myself in mind. Therefore "I love you" that is me, I love myself. "I am sorry" that is me sorry for e.g, the negativity I had in our relationship. "Please forgive me" because e.g. I was the one that broke up the relationship. "Thank you". This is done with the POI in mind or whilst looking at their photo.
This is just one way of doing it that I found on the Internet.
i think you are supposed to think of the POI. At least that's what I do
when doing ho'oponopono, do we say the words addressed to the Divine, or addressed to the person of interest? i have read conflicting instructions from different websites. please advise.
yeah me too. hey I have also listening to the Ho'opono opno I thinks that's how its spelled. Im doing that along with my PW/BURN meditations

I've not used that but regularly use the throat, sacral and root chakras. And the third eye during the love spells. Eventually I'll need to balance the solar plexus and heart chakras too but I'm avoiding it until I finish sorting through some emotions. I hope it works good for you!

Thanks Indigo, i'll check it out
Hi January! That is amazing, thanks for sharing.
I didnt even know there was such a thing as the charka balancing temporary tattoo. (shocked)
perhaps you can provide the link for where we can purchase these?
I love this meditation so much!! Actually most of her videos are excellent. She sells chakra booster temporary tattoos that changed my life recently. I had so much pent you anger about my guy
that I couldn't release. For over a week, I couldn't swallow, felt like I couldn't breathe and was being so drained by everyone's energy. Within 4 hours of wearing her throat chakra tattoo, I could finally swallow and felt like crying from the relief of releasing everything. I used them in tandem with Lanie's Body Enlightenment MP3. I can't speak highly enough about these tools!
Bumping this.
Bookmarking this! Thanks lovelies
Really wanted to weigh in on this.
Yes, it DOES work and it really can work to get someone back! I used this two years ago to resolve an argument with a very close friend (who happens to be male and hetero AND who likes me). I used a particular meditation from youtube that actually reminds me of Lanie when she's speaking on the MP3s. I used this mediation daily for two months on this guy. It took him another month or so to contact me; but he did; out of the blue. He got so desperate to contact me that he called a mutual friend for my number because he had lost it.
The only reason I'm *not* just using this method on my ex, is because I was so abused and angry that I was in no sort of head-space to ask for forgiveness from him - even though I know that it's more of a general forgiveness of spirit than a specific forgiveness for certain particular actions. I just wasn't going to have the right feelings or attitude to use it correctly the way I did before; because the balance of power was ALL in his favor and I needed something more specific to my situation...and Lanie's book appeared, of course. Now after having done PW for awhile and delving into more specific information (Neville, etc.) I am ready to re-approach this method with a calmer mind and heart. But the point is; THIS REALLY WORKS.
I STRONGLY recommend this particular meditation; she's really good and it's very clear.
It really does work at releasing negative energy! I often do it when I'm snoozing after doing "Lanie's method", in the car, or even while I'm doing the dishes... It is SO simple. That's why it's the only other technique I use alongside Lanie's method.
It's human nature for us to want to complicate things to feel they are effective... I can't count how many times I've tried complicated techniques in the past, felt like they were a chore, became bored and then ditched them. Yet these simplest of things are what I've found work best for me and raise my vibe more than anything. That's why I think it will work well in conjunction with Lanie's technique, because both are so simple and realistically easy to stick to.

Thanks for this. I found that repeating this when I'm sad, especially about him makes me feel good.
This girl who got her ex back from another forum mentioned it also
