I agree with emmiline--also, see if you can also think of other possible reasons he hasn't contacted you, because they're all possibilities until you actually know for sure. Possilities like he's super busy at work, maybe he's having financial issues, maybe  he's going through a very rough time and feels depressed, maybe there's a family issue, etc etc

Hi sweetie, get your writing pad and a pen and write down everything you are feeling inside. You can write as if you are talking to him. Get everything out.
