If he is no longer your boss why bother? Never seek revenge it will back fire just be happy upbeat continue with the techniques.  Revenge is sweeter when he sees it did not break you because you are smiling happy and upbeat.

I'm sorry that I've not yet replied to my original thread... I shall do so later, but I have a question I'd like to share with you all. In my last job, I had a vile boss (young, quite good-looking) that behaved like a selfish, spoiled little sh*t at times and treated some of his staff like crap, undermining them. He lost his temper with me, humiliated me in front of others - swearing, the lot - and I ended up in tears... all because he was in a bad mood.

I am SO TEMPTED to try PW on him. Not because I want him, per say, but because I want a little revenge. Mwahahahaaa!

Acceptable or not? I appreciate opinions either way! xxx

Oh, I must reiterate that he is NO LONGER my boss! x

Yes, there are some awful people out here but
personally I would not waste my time on them.
Only manifest great things for your own life
and forget about those who mistreated you
in the past.  I had a supervisor once who was
so disgusting, we were all federal employees,
I could write a book about the things that he
did to me (nothing sexual just unethical) and
the way that he conducted himself in the work
environment.  He used a fake college degree
to advance his civil service career and was
just an overall crummy person.  Years later
I saw him while I was in my truck waiting for
my husband and I just ignored him.  After I
caught a glimpse of him walking nearby and
recognized him I did not even lay eyes upon
him anymore.  Not worth it.  Just move on.
No good ever comes to those people anyway.
    Take comfort in knowing that.
