From what I've read from Lanie's books they don't have to be awake, the thoughts you project to the technique will still reach them instantly and just pop into their mind.

I dont think that the time zone matters or the other person has to be wake or not . It still works either way.

I do the P*ssy Whip meditation but the person I am trying to attract is in a different time zone. I was wondering do they have to be awake at the same time I am doing the meditation for me to be able to put thoughts in his head lol I am sorry if this is a dumb question haha :D the question popped up in my head cause wouldnt they have to be awake to think what I put in their head or to feel the emotions?
