If listening to subliminals about getting your ex back, do they too receive the messages being transmitted into your subconscious mind?

Hi guys ! I found this and wanted to bump it because I'm really curious about the subliminals! I started an hourglass one last week I'll update in a few to see how it's going. Wondering how it's working for all of you so far ???

I don't layer subs with music.

Thanks for your reply! It makes sense, I drink lots of water usually...I do feel thirsty after listening as well

Does anyone know why it's recommended to drink more water while listening to subs? Do you ladies layer the subs with regular music btw? Thanks!!

I havent tried Jamz subliminals, are they on youtube? I've been listening to matrixplay99 and mindpower when i can (internet costs in my country are sky high), but this had an effect on me (its for a flat belly):

    https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=753FYLZskK8

Listened to it online about 4 times over two weeks, the fourth time i listened to it was straight after i had dinner. Whilst listening to it i could feel my stomach growling like i was hungry..
But so far i havent felt thirsty whilst listening to any subliminals.

Yup they are on YouTube I listen to one by matrix play also ..thanks for sharing!!

Do you use the booster beforehand ?

Yes, I use both and yes, I used to get obsessed with it rather than trusting it.

For me, letting go of the obsession meant seeing proof so that I could trust. In both cases, I used experimentation to cure my anxiety.

In my case, the man I want to have and I have been separated for nearly a decade and I don't at all see him. So, I chose test subjects that I'm not particularly interested in and used the techniques sparingly to see the effects. By the reactions I got, I knew without a doubt that the technique indeed was working. My intention was not to get any of them chasing me so I stopped when I was satisfied that it was yielding the desired effects.

Likewise with subs, I selected a skin one that I could easily see with my own eyes and used it as a test to see if it indeed worked. Again, when I was convinced that it was yielding results, I started using them for things I really wanted.

People have different ways of convincing themselves. Going through a testing phase was my way of putting myself at ease.

So correct me if I'm wrong, so when you saw results, that's when you were able to let go of your anxiety? I want to somehow truly believe the way people describe the ease of waiting for an order at a restaurant.

Yes, when my tests yielded positive results, I started to trust that they worked.

So if you only trusted it when your tests showed results, then shouldn't Lanie's methods and the subliminals not work for you? Cuz aren't you suppose to act as if you have it in order for it to work?
