Actually is the most difficult thing I've done in my life. I had to deal with negative thoughts during my waken hours. It was a constant battle. But my mind is my servant, not the other way around. I also had to deal with the fact that everything reminded me of him: my office, my house, the supermarket, my clothes. Everything. You have to work on your thoughts all the time. I told you, I didn't want to think, so I was constantly reading and listening to audios. It's hard, yes, it's possible, yes.[/quote]
