I actually like a disciplined lifestyle even though I have never been able to do it. I like all that waking up in time sleeping in time, etc. Strange thing is, when he is on leave here, he himself doesn't sleep and wake up in time. My mother's colleague is a retired army colonel and to this day he follows a good disciplined lifestyle. And this fellow is just 25 and already has a belly sticking out, although he is in Air Force so perhaps things are somewhat different than Army. But I have ex army men in my office and the way they dress, walk, talk, carry themselves, etc, it is all very classy, appealing, proper. They have a confidence. For some reason my ex never had that classiness or the confidence. Although I was told only after the break up that these military people are somewhat nuts. A friend even said to me "Who asked you to get involved with an Air force personnel?"[/quote]
