Her self-esteem meditations are also really powerful. What do you mean about suggestions for No Contact? My guy and I have been no contact for about a month since we broke up. It's hard because we have no connections and he's in another state, so while I know he is seriously dating someone (made the mistake of creeping him on IG), I haven't broken contact. His birthday is today. It has been so hard not to. Lanie says to only communicate with them through PW/BWD. Are you in contact with your guy?[/quote]
