Do you keep track?   [/quote]       I keep a Word list of things I want him to say and I annotate the dates I meditate on each statement.  I don't track the results of my meditations other than in my mind, frequently reflecting upon his conduct towards me and how things have evolved.  When I discovered PW I planned for him to have a gradual realization that he is head over heels in love with me, not to clobber him over the head all at once.  PW is working and it's so amazing.  If you want to annotate your PW results, either to track your progress or for sentimental reasons, that is what you should do.        [/quote]
