Been there, done that!  Try to find a Lanie meditation that you can relate to and start there for yourself.  The books are easy to read and they don't get boring. I have all of Lanie's books on my iPhone, and I re-read parts of them just about daily.  She has something for everyone to learn.  You can get past this and  regain control of the situation.        [/quote]
