Anyone have thoughts about this?     [/quote]       I smudge with sage once in a while, however not in relation to the Love Spell or any other meditation.  If you feel the need to do that in order to achieve clarity, you should definitely do that.  If you use white sage, Amazon has some great bundles for cheap.  They have other types of incense and bundles also.             [/quote]
