Did you try cutting the cord to alleviate your anxiety/sadness?[/quote] Hi Emmiline Thank you so much for responding.  My focus was always loving, and and I could generate those feelings during the meditation too.  It was just after....  I didn't do the cut the cord meditation because I couldn't bring myself to do any of it at all yesterday.  It does help though, I'll do it on the ride to work this morning. Thanks for the advice to carry on.  I will complete it.  Did you experience a similar thing? J x[/quote]
