What did you say during the PW?  What it was about him liking you, was it about him giving you the price you wanted?  Or both? Cos I would LOVE some tips. I can look around and it will feel a bit weird to move in to where his brother lives and he visits there once a month, there is a history etc etc....but it would be SO nice to move in and not have to keep looking and the house is nice and i know his brother will take great care of the place.  It's a lot closer to where I get work.   So, my dear, great news and tips PLEASE![/quote]
