Sure thing :) How are you feeling lately? I think vent for the first few times, but then try refocus your thoughts, rather. Use the vents to identify what your beliefs were, then remind yourself that those beliefs created that situation. Choose better-feeling thoughts. Going back to PW when you feel better is a GREAT idea. I tell myself that my bad/down moods don't cancel out the work I've done. I give myself some "human" time and then get back to being super powerful/kickass. Definitely don't beat yourself up, it'll only keep you there longer! I think I have been getting over him because I am that point where I know he is going to come back and not worry about it. Even if he doesnt, I am open to a new relationship. The only fear I cant let go is that even if he comes back, what if he is still the same person who just wants to be physical with me? Cant seem to visualise us being emotionally bonded because of the way he was. I do PW more now because I am not in that desparate phase now. Can you advice what do I do now?[/quote]
