Many years ago when I was very young I used to get hand written letters posted through the mail from boys who liked me, in between times there was all that time when you didn't have any expectations or thoughts about it because there wasn't any actual way they could be contacting you more.... I used to read a lot of "relationship" books. So did some of my girlfriends...things like "hes just not into you". It took a while for me to realise that this book was just full of slogans designed to sell the book!  We are bombarded everywhere with information about what the perfect scenarios look like and life is rarely like that. We watch celebrities with carefully moulded public images posing and interacting. It all comes back to going inside, to becoming creators and making our own creation instead of reacting to what we "see" on the outside. Sometimes I find its good to take a break from social media.  A good meditation leaves me with a feeling of "it is done". Its a discipline! My ten cents worth..
