I started on focusing on opening the area around my heart just like you said. My target took me out for lunch today, which he hasn't done in literally months (smile) I like this technique very much, and am repeating 2-3 times daily. I also cannot read our posts here on my breaks at the office because he has started sneaking over to my desk to hug me and check up on me.
