I just got these meditations loaded onto my phone after having issues with the download.  I did the creat By an energy field twice because the first time I think I either went into a really deep meditation or dozed off.  Today, whenever I think of something we had been through I get a little depressed.  Not sure if I am picking up his thoughts or emotions or my own.  He does have a tendency to go through depressive states as he exhibit all the signs of having bipolar but he was never diagnosed.  We have no contact as we live in different states.  So I can’t see how anything I do is effecting him.

I happen to be an empath too.  I have somewhat mastered blocking people’s emotions like people I work with but since I feel this guy and I are directly connected I think his just go right into me.
