I did. My ejection fraction was below 20%, my heart had expanded and I couldn't put together four consecutive good heart beats. My ejection fraction is now better than 40%, and I am quite active.

But I don't think you can. Western medicine kept me alive long enough for me to learn tai chi and a bunch of other stuff, but through it all I was dealing with my western medicine doctors with respect.

I had to change medications several times, I even had to fire a cardiologist. I don't know if you can maintain a working relationship based on disgust.

That took research, that took work. I hope you can do as well as I have.
