I could not agree with you more alteredmindwaves.com has a option were you can create your own subliminals and they teach you how to do it step by step for a small price. I purchased it and created my own affirmations with music. Had a little trouble understanding at first but the guy Mike who has created the system is amazing. I emailed him and he helped personally and also checked up to make sure I was liking the product. If you put the work in you will get the results.
Thanks for this suggestion - this made total sense to me. I ordered this system and created my own subliminals this afternoon; I will be using these tonight!!! I'm excited about this - as I've been using other subliminals that have really helped with keeping me positive, happy, and out of that typical state of fear.
And Ladies - I can't tell you how much I appreciate this forum. Because of your stories, encouragement, and all the helpful information, I feel so much more powerful and focused! I know I'm on the right track because I honestly feel great - and there's so much synchronicity in the information I'm finding, the people I'm meeting, and the confidence I'm feeling. I'm not even worried about the how, or the when. I'm enjoying the process; and I feel like a totally different lady.

Just a thing I learned about affirmations that might help those making their own subliminals. 3-way affirmations are supposed to be the most powerful. First you affirm in the first person, then in the second, and then in the third using your name. The first person affirmation is you telling yourself, the second person is someone telling you, and the third is as if someone is talking about you. For anyone wanting to do it with their kids, I also found something that states your mother's voice is the most powerful for children.
So an example is:
I am confident. You are confident. DC is confident.
Another one:
I love myself. You love yourself. DC loves herself.
Always present tense. This is supposed to give you the best effect.

You are going to LOVE it!! I have different affirmations set to each different type of music they give you and have all of them on a playlist on my phone. I fall asleep to them overnight. It really has helped me so much!! Once you get the hang of it, it is so easy to create different ones.

I have my own affirmations but I haven't tried my own subliminals yet. I think Ruby, Cherie and Jim are leading the group on that and I'm so excited to hear some of their feedback in time.

Thank You DC! Like RubyBell said, I LOVE IT...but thanks to you, I get to tweak it a bit more.
It's funny - I just bought a new album, and the songs all echo the sentiments I've been sending to my love using PW....Of course I didn't know this when I bought the album - I was just picking up some new tunes from one of my fave bands. Just the same I'm grateful for all the synchronicity that's showing up for me.
ANYWAY - I said all that to say, I'm going to try your suggestions using the tracks from this album as the backdrop. I'm so excited!
