Yawning meaning

Hello, I have a question about yawning when doing PW or any other technique like that. I know Lanie says yawning tells her she made contact with the other person. Every time I start doing the techniques I start yawning like I never did in my life... what does it mean???

Re: Yawning meaning

It means you made contact with the other person Like Lanie said I yawn as well when doing the techniques

Thank you. I need all the confirmation I can get.
Do you have any success story related to this?

Re: Yawning meaning

I don't yawn but I do take a big sigh when I look into his eyes. Could that be the same thing?

Not Yet. I am working on it and last night I did feel a really god high sense of energy and I could see him clearly and I felt as if he was thinking of me too I got a gut instinct that he's not going to see his girlfriend anymore because Ive been working on PW so maybe that's a sign but my vision was clearer than its ever been

Re: Yawning meaning

I do not yawn either. But I itch, sometimes more sometimes less, I find it distracting and I have to scratch.
I also feel warm, tingling, wave like sensation in my palms and feet. This feeling in palms and feet stays till the end, till I open my eyes and move them.
If I imagine my heart chakra and solar plesxus connecting with his, I feel strange, sometimes warm sensation there for few seconds and then that sensation goes away.
If I imagine my third eye connecting his third eye, I feel strange sensation there.
I have noticed I breathe slightly heavily than normal from time to time.
And sometimes, I feel nothing, I hope I still connect when I feel nothing.

As far as emotions and feelings are concerned, I am starting to learn to not pay attention on other things and put a smile on my face to feel happiness while visualising. I hope it is still as effective as when you feel it without actually begining to smile. I was more focused on hurt, anger, sadness as well.

What more do the rest of you feel apart from yawning? Does it distract you?
I have noticed if I PW at night, I see him in my dreams (which I hate). That's one reason why I avoid PW at night but the problem is it is also the best time to do it.
Do you people end up dreaming about your exes too if you PW at night?

I think itching means you have not entered the meditative state, you have not relaxed yet, it happens to me too until I relax.  The yawning does not distract me but it is so repetitive, so often that it is weird because I don't yawn like this in any other circumstances.
I personally don't dream about my target (he is not an ex for me but someone I wish to attract), I .have random completely unrelated dreams.
But doing the PW really makes me smile, I cannot stop my grin while am doing it, the emotion is definitely there.
The weird thing is that I see him responding so eagerly- I wonder if that is just my wishful thinking or he feels like that too. Must be scary for him to feel what I see him feeling lol.
I had a deeply intense feeling twice, last night was one of those occasions, when I could feel my body vibrating while doing the technique, it was not physically moving my body but felt like waves were going through me and I was more light headed. It is possible that this is how it is supposed to feel.

Re: Yawning meaning

In an email Lanie said itching means I am connecting (I hope she doesn't mind me mentioning this) because I don't itch because of skin problems. As I continued visualising, the itching reduced a little.

Re: Yawning meaning

I yawn almost everytime and sometimes I itch and other times parts of my body like my feet usually sometimes goes into like a spasm. I did PW last night and the night before. The night before I felt a real sense of connection and sort of a protective feeling, I felt really safe. I felt good and could visualize clearly. Last night wasn't as good but wasn't bad either. I felt the connection and even got aroused. My question is, is getting aroused a good or bad thing?
