Asked the Universe for a sign
This past month I've been praying to St.Martha, a saint who is said to bring men to you. I've been doing switchwords, visualising, doing PW and BWD, everything just to get him in contact. Although I'm seeing 1111,111, 711, 333 (3, by the way, is mine and his lifepath number), the contact hasn't yet been manifested. But I asked the Universe a question: I said, 'Why has it been so long he hasn't texted me? Maybe I should make the move? Universe, if I should text him, let me see my name today, and if I just have to wait and he'll text me, let me see his name' (by the way, both of our names are very rare in my country)' Guess what? That day I saw my name EVERYWHERE. So my question is, should I initiate contact, even though he hasn't replied to my last text sent a month ago? Any help would be appreciated! xxx

Youve done your part here, how hard is it for him to find phone credits to text you or free wifi to send you a message / email you?
What is happening to you is you are looking out for his name so you are priming your mind to see it everywhere. Make up your mind to see grey cars, and you will see them in droves.
Like pixelpie said, examine the reasons why you want to initiate contact again.
